Paul Castelli – Technical Director

Paul is currently employed as a physical education and soccer specialist teacher. He coordinates a successful soccer academy at a school in the western suburbs of Melbourne. Paul has worked in the field of coaching and education for more than a decade; he spent much of this time in the United Kingdom where he further developed his skills and knowledge in these areas. Whilst in the U.K, he completed a number of coaching courses and currently holds a UEFA B coaching license. In 2013, Paul attended numerous FFV workshops, which has enabled him to become a qualified FFA Presenter and Assessor of community coaching licenses. He also completed an ASCA Strength and Conditioning course to remain up-to-date with current fitness practices. On the field, Paul was a passionate and committed team player. He always approached the game with a determination and fervour to play to the best of his ability. He maintains the same indelible focus in his role as a coach, bringing his lifelong passion and expertise of the game to the club. Paul is very much looking forward to working with Pascoe Vale Soccer Club and its broader community in the pursuit of success.
