Paul Castelli – Technical Director
Paul is currently employed as a physical education and soccer specialist teacher. He coordinates a successful soccer academy at a school in the western suburbs of Melbourne and has worked in the field of coaching and education for more than a decade. He spent much of this time in the United Kingdom where he further developed his skills and knowledge in these areas. Whilst in the U.K, he completed a number of coaching courses and currently holds a UEFA B coaching license.
In 2013, Paul become a qualified FFA Presenter and Assessor, regularly delivering community coaching courses for the FFV. He also completed an ASCA Strength and Conditioning course to remain up-to-date with current fitness practices. Paul played Victorian Premier League football in the early 90's and was a passionate and committed team player. He always approached the game with a determination and fervour to play to the best of his ability. He maintains the same indelible focus in his role as a Technical Director and coach, bringing his lifelong passion and expertise of the game to the club.
