Experience

Vitale Ferrante has been Head Coach of
Pascoe Vale Soccer Club for 5 years (2005-2007),
(2011-present) where he achieved
promotion from the State League Division
One to the Victorian Premier League in 2012
by leading Pascoe Vale Soccer Club to the
Championship.

Vitale has had a unique coaching education &
development,working in a number of football
initiatives across Australia.
Vitale has been employed by Nike for more than
10 years for its football specific programs.
His current role is Head Coach for Nike’s, “The Chance”,
a successful program which provides the
opportunity for talented young footballers from all over Australia
to have a ‘chance’ at the professional level.
A number of players who have been part of
the program have secured contracts in the A- League,
Youth Teams or higher, including current Socceroo Tom
Rogic.

His other current role for Nike is Coaches Coordinator for the Nike All Asian Camp, an elite football program for selected elite footballers from Australia and Asia.
Vitale also developed and run junior development programs across Australia under the “Fun Football” brand. He was the Coach and player mentor of the successful Television program "Football" Superstar" where he worked closely with the likes of John Kosmina
at Sydney FC, Ernie Merrick at Melbourne Victory and more recently with current Socceroo Coach Ange Postecoglou at Brisbane Roar.

As a player Vitale played in the NSL as well as a long career in the
Victorian Premier League and is considered a legend of the Pascoe
Vale Soccer Club.
