Pascoe Vale Soccer Club is delighted to announce UK signing Tom Black. A former academy player at Manchester United & Manchester City and spent time in his playing career in USA, Romania, Holland and Norway.

In 2014 Tom was appointed senior coach and player at Tatura Soccer Club winning GNEFA league medal for 2014 season.
